A minute means a minute of the finished video you download. Narration, presenter, visuals and editing are all included in it, with no separate credits for each step.

An example: the hold is settled to the real length when the video is ready.

  1. Held from the word count

    When you start a video we hold an estimate from your script at 150 words a minute, so you always know what a video will use before it starts.

  2. Settled to the real length

    When the video is finished we charge its actual length and return the rest of the hold to your balance. You never pay for the estimate.

  3. Failed renders are refunded

    If a video fails for any reason, every minute held for it comes back. Trying again costs nothing extra.

  4. Plan minutes reset monthly

    Your plan's minutes refill at the start of each billing month. Unused plan minutes do not roll over.

  5. Extra minutes never expire

    Need more than your plan? Extra minutes are priced by plan and stay on your balance until you use them.
